How much time is required?

The program runs for four weeks, with new lessons available each week.

Lessons take less than ten minutes/day.

The recipes are designed to be low-prep, low clean-up so you won't be spending your day in the kitchen.

There's a one-hour Live Q&A call each week to help you stay focused and inspired.  

How fast can I expect to see results?

Many participants feel better in the first week (yes, really!) Obviously, it depends on your starting point and your willingness to adopt the practices and changes.

What if I'm eating vegetarian/ paleo/ GF/ omnivore?

No problem. This program uses the principles of Ayurveda and its focus on holistic digestive health.
 
These food principles can be applied to a wide variety of other specialized diets, and will give you new insight into the choices you’re already making.

The weekly live sessions are an opportunity to ask your specific questions about integrating other food philosophies.

What if I have other health concerns?

This cleanse gives you the tools to incorporate practices for healthy digestion.

You will have guidance in choosing which level of the cleanse (with regards to foods and number of days) would be healthiest for your body.

Note: specific diagnoses won’t be addressed, or herbal medicines prescribed, within the course. However, if you have specific diagnoses you'd like to address with Ayurveda, you are welcome to schedule an additional individual consultation.

I'm not a good cook. Can I do this?

Truth: I grew up on Chefboyardee Spaghettios and Lunchables. Yes, you can do this.

All the recipes are straightforward one-pot cooking with very little preparation time.

There are even cooking videos including basic knife skills, personal chef kitchen secrets, and videos showing the recipes.

If you’re new to cooking, your confidence in the kitchen will get a serious boost.

Are ingredients for the recipes readily available?

There are a couple ingredients you may need to purchase that you haven’t cooked with before. Information on where to find those is offered right up front so you can be prepared. Everything else are commonly found foods.

Are the ingredients expensive?

This is one of the best parts of Ayurvedic cooking: you will save SO much money on food. No joke.

With a basic emphasis on rice, lentils, spices, vegetables… take your extra grocery money and get yourself a massage.

Is there support if I get stuck?

I want you to be successful in implementing these changes. And I don’t expect you to do all this on your own. That’s why there are weekly groups to answer questions, get accountability and support, and provide continued guidance and inspiration.
